Warranty

The car center offers its used vehicle warranty for up to 24 months without mileage restrictions! It does not matter what type of car it is or how thoroughly it was inspected before purchase, no one can guarantee its 100% reliability. Therefore, BRC Car Center offers you a warranty so that you can feel secure in any situation.

BRC Warranty includes

  • Warranty on the main used vehicle components.
  • Warranty period up to 2 years.
  • If your car breaks down and repairs take more than 24 hours, we will provide you with a replacement used vehicle.

    This document establishes the warranty terms and procedures for used vehicles by SIA BRC (hereinafter referred to as BRC). The warranty period begins at the moment of vehicle delivery to the customer. The warranty is valid for up to 24 months without a mileage limit from the time the acceptance-delivery act is signed.

    Warranty purpose: BRC guarantees that the used vehicle sold is in proper technical condition and can be used for its intended purposes as specified by the manufacturer, meaning that it can pass a technical inspection. If the vehicle does not have a technical inspection, BRC guarantees that it meets all requirements to pass one. In the event that the inspection personnel discover a defect that prevents the vehicle from passing, BRC Service will correct this deficiency at its own expense to allow the inspection to be completed (this does not apply to tires and brake systems). Given that the vehicle is used, the warranty applies only to the engine and transmission, the work performed at BRC Service, and the spare parts replaced at BRC Service.

    A) The vehicle has not been repaired/maintained at BRC Service, or maintenance has not been performed within the manufacturer's prescribed intervals, at least every 15000 km. B) The vehicle has been fitted with spare parts not approved by BRC, or its configuration has been altered outside of BRC Service.

    The warranty does not apply to any other used vehicle equipment or components, including but not limited to trailers and their parts, chassis, brakes and brake fittings, fuel supply systems, engine accessory systems (timing belt, chain), shock absorbers, exhaust systems, wheels, lights, glass, electronics, various control systems, etc., that are not listed. The warranty is not valid if the vehicle's equipment has been modified, for example, increased power or alterations to the manufacturer's installed components. During the warranty period, repairs are carried out in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications, by replacing or repairing defective components. Replaced spare parts or components remain the property of BRC. The buyer does not pay for the replacement of spare parts or components during the warranty period, except if the defect or damage was caused by modifications to the vehicle's structure not performed at BRC or a BRC partner service. The warranty does not cover adjustments to doors, hoods, or other body parts, sound insulation and water tightness, engine and transmission seals (if the vehicle is older than 5 years), nor adjustments to camshafts, wheel balancing, or fuel or oil consumption, provided these do not exceed the manufacturer's specified limits.

  • The warranty does not apply if the defect is caused by the following reasons
    • The vehicle has not been repaired/maintained at BRC or a BRC partner service, or maintenance has not been performed within the manufacturer's prescribed intervals, at least every 15000 km.
    • The vehicle has been fitted with spare parts not approved by BRC, or its configuration has been altered outside of BRC or a BRC partner service.
    • The vehicle has not been used properly, used outside the manufacturer's instructions, or in violation of the vehicle’s manual.
    • The vehicle has been used as a taxi, has been rented, used in competitions, or for the commercial transportation of passengers or cargo.
    • The buyer loses the right to the warranty if the vehicle's maintenance or repairs are not performed at BRC Service or a BRC partner service. BRC Service is obligated to perform vehicle repairs regardless of the car center where the vehicle was purchased. Defects noted in the acceptance-delivery act are not covered by the warranty and may be remedied at the buyer’s request and for a fee. During the warranty period, any damaged spare parts that cannot be repaired must be replaced with new ones. The warranty does not cover the buyer's direct and indirect costs related to the rental of a replacement vehicle, taxi fares, transportation of the damaged vehicle, maintenance costs, or downtime while the vehicle is being repaired.
